How the club treats what it knows.

What we keep

Names, addresses, handicaps, dietary notes for the diary, and the candidates’ book. Nothing is bought, sold, or enriched — words we use only about the beef.

Where it lives

In the club’s own systems and the secretary’s locked cabinet, which predates and will outlast most software. Payment details go to our payment processor and are not retained by the club.

Your rights

Ask the secretary what we hold and she will show you. Ask her to correct it and she will. Ask her to delete it and she will, save what the law and the honours board require.

The site sets only what it needs to function and measure itself in aggregate. No advertising trackers; the club has never needed to follow anyone home.
